Ridge, N.J. since 2000, has been writing and reciting his poetry for 25 years. His work has appeared in Cover, Global City Review, The Rift, Now Culture, Sensations Magazine, The North River Review, The Troubadour, and Xavier Review.John will read from his latest work, "Seriously Serial," and sign copies. Program will also include a rebroadcast of the National Public Radio interview with director/author Daniel P. Quinn on his book organized labor (2004) and a talk on Opera at La Scala, from his new book, Exits & Entrances (2008). Mr. Quinn produced the World Premiere of Trause's "Latter-Day Litany and other Pseudo-Hagiographica" in 2004 at the Bickford Theatre in Morristown, with earlier stagings in Paterson, Asbury Park, and NYC.

Janet Goldner's work fuses the tactile, spatial forms of sculpture with elegant, succinct comments on contemporary social issues. Her work thrives on small tensions between light and shadow, positive and negative, organic and precise, playful and serious, political and personal.
